Rimontaggio ingranaggio rinvio contralbero

Posizionare l'albero motore sul piano della pressa come indicato nella figura
(deve appoggiare sul piano solo la parete interna del semivolano sinistro) e
montare l'ingranaggio rinvio contralbero.
Reassembly of counter balancing shaft driving gear
Put the flywheel on the press as shown in picture (with the left half-flywheel
surface on the press plane) and join the layshaft driving gear on the flywheel.
Remontage engrenage renvoi contre-arbre
Positionner l'arbre moteur sur le plan de la presse comme indiqué dans
l'illustration (il doit appuyer sur le plan seulement le paroi intérieur du demivolant
gauche) et monter l'engrenage renvoi contre-arbre.
Wiederzusammensetzung Zahnradvorgelege Worgelegewelle
Die Antriebswelle auf der Plan der Presse positionieren wie geeignet in die
Figur (muß er sich an den alleinen Plan die Innen Wand des
Halbschwungräder anlehnen ich schädige) und den Zahnradvorgelege
Worgelegewelle montieren.
Reensemblaje engranaje rinvio contra-eje
Posicionar el eje motor sobre el plan de la prensa como indicada en la figura (tiene
que apoyar en el plan solo la pared interior del semivolante izquierdo) y montar
el engranaje rinvio contra-eje.
Misurare l'altezza "B" tra cuscinetto e piano unione semicarters su entrambi i
semicarters.
Misurare la larghezza "A" dell'albero motore.
Considerando che il gioco tra albero motore e basamento deve essere di 0,4
mm, lo spessore della rondella di rasamento "C" da impiegare risulta dalla
seguente differenza:
Le rondelle di basamento sono disponibili nei seguenti spessori:

0,6 mm (codice 8D0028183)
0,8 mm (codice 8F0028183)
1,0 mm (codice 8H0028183)
Measure height "B" between the bearing and joint face on the two
crankcase halves.
Measure width "A" of the crankshaft.
Taking into account that the play between crankshaft and base has to be
0.4 mm - 0,0157 in., shim washer "C" thickness to be used is given by
difference:

0,6 mm - 0.0236 in.(code 8D0028183)
