PARA VOLVER A MONTAR EL MOTOR
Montare i segmenti del pistone orientando la luce degli stessi in modo che
risulti un angolo di 180° in asse con lo spinotto.
Il contrassegno TOP deve essere rivolto verso l'alto.
Fit the piston rings by orienting their port at an angle of 180° on the same axis of
the connecting pin.
The mark "TOP" must be turned highwards.
Monter les segments du piston et orienter leur ouverture de façon à avoir un angle
de 180° sur l'axe du goujon.
La marque TOP doit être tournée en haut.
Die Kolbenringe einbauen und das Spiel derselben derart ausrichten, daß sich ein
Winkel von 180° in Achse mit dem Bolzen ergibt.
Achtung: Das Kennzeichen TOP soll nach oben gewandt sein.
Montar los segmentos del pistón orientando su luz de manera que se forme un
ángulo de 180° en eje con el pasador.
La marca TOP tiene que estar dirigida hacia arriba.

Rimontaggio pistone e cilindro

Installare una nuova guarnizione base cilindro.
Montare il pistone lubrificando con olio; installare l'attrezzo per comprimere i segmenti del pistone (1519793-01) ed il supporto del
pistone (1517483-01). Assicurarsi che la freccia sul pistone sia orientata in avanti.
Lubrificare la canna del cilindro e spingerla sopra i segmenti. Togliere gli attrezzi precedentemente impiegati.

Reassembly of piston and cylinder

Install a new base gasket.
Install the piston, lubricate the piston with oil and install the piston ring compressor 1519793-01 and the piston support 1517483-
01. Make sure that the arrow on the piston is pointing forward.
Lubricate the cylinder and push it down over the piston rings. Remove the piston ring compressor and the support.
Remontage du piston et cylindre
Installer un nouveau joint sur la base du cylindre.
Monter le piston après l'avoir graissé avec huile; installer l'outil pour comprimer les segments du piston (1519793-01) et le support
du piston (1517483-01). S'assurer que la flèche sur le piston soit orientée en avant.
Graisser le cylindre et le pousser au dessus des segments. Enlever les outils utilisés.
Wiederzusammensetzung des Kolbens und des Zylinders
Eine neue Dichtung installieren.
Den Kolben montieren, indem man mit Öl einschmiert; Werkzeug 1519793-01 installieren, um die Kolbenringe zu drücken; dann
den Kolbenhalter installieren (1517483-01).
Sich vergewissern, dass der Pfeil auf dem Kolben nach vorn gewandt ist. Die Zylinderbuchse einschmieren und sie über die
Kolbenringe schieben. Die benutzten Werkzeuge wegnehmen.
Para volver a montar el pistón y el cilindro
Instale una nueva guarnición base cilindro.
Monte el pistón lubricado con aceite; instale la herramienta para apretar los segmentos del pistón (1519793-01) y el soporte pistón
(1517483-01).
Asegúrese de que la flecha en el pistón esté orientada hacia adelante.
Lubrique la camisa del cilindro y empújela sobre el segmento. Quite las herramientas usadas anteriormente.
