Posizionare il pistone al P.M.S. al termine della fase di compressione.
Inserire l'ingranaggio (2) nell'albero a camme facendo passare il dentino
alzavalvola nell'apposita asola che si trova sull'ingranaggio. Installare l'albero
a camme e la relativa rosetta sulla testa inserendolo nella catena. Montare la
catena sull'ingranaggio e ruotare l'albero per allineare la bulinatura posta sulla
destra dell'ingranaggio con il piano della testa, come indica la figura.
Sostituire le due viti (1) e serrarle alla coppia prescritta dopo aver applicato
"Loctite 242".
Put the piston at TDC on compression stroke.
Mount the gear (2) on the camshaft by passing the valve lifter cam trough the
slot on the cam-gear.
Fit the camshaft and the washer on the cylinder head, and set the camshaft on
the chain. Set the chain on the gear and turn the shaft to align the chasing on
the right of the gear to the head face, (see figure). Replace the two cam-gear
screws (1) and tighten them to the required torque using "Loctite 242".
Mettre le piston au P.M.H. à la fin de la phase de compression.
Insérer l'engrenage (2) dans l'arbre à cames en passant la dent lève-soupape
dans la boutonnière spéciale se trouvant sur l'engrenage.
Installer l'arbre à cames et la rondelle sur la tête et les insérer dans la chaîne.
Montez la chaîne sur l'engrenage et tournez l'arbre pour cadrer le bulinage
placé à droite de l'engrenage avec le plan de la culasse; (voir la figure).
Remplacer les deux vis (1) et les serrer à la couple établie après avoir appliqué
"Loctite 242".

Das Radpaar (2) in die Nockenwelle einführen und den Ventilzahn in das dazu
geeignete Langloch auf dem Radpaar durchgehen lassen. Die Nockenwelle
und die entsprechende Unterlegscheibe auf den Kopf installieren und in die
Kette einsetzen. Die Kette auf das Radpaar montieren und die Welle so drehen,
dass die Punzierung auf der rechten Seite des Radpaars mit der Kopfebene
übereinstimmt, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt. Die zwei Schrauben (1) ersetzen
und sie mit dem vorgeschriebenen Drehmoment nach Anbrigen von Loctite 242
anziehen.
Posicione el pistón en el P.M.S. al final de la fase de compresión.
Introduzca el engranaje (2) en el árbol de levas haciendo pasar el diente de la
válvula en la hembrilla que se encuentra en el engranaje. Instalar el árbol de
levas y la arandela correspondiente en la culata introduciéndolo en la cadena.
Montar la cadena sobre el engranaje y mover el eje para alinear la burilatura
puesta a la recha del engranaje con el plano de la cabeza, como indicato en
la figura. Sustituya los dos tornillos (1) y apriételos el par de apriete prescrito
después de aplicar "Loctite 242".
