RECOMPOSITION MOTEUR
PROCEDURA
Sgrassare con tricloretano
Montare con olio con viscosità engler A 50°C=3
Inserire l'albero nei cuscinetti
Punzonare riferimento per statore con attrezzo N. 800080126
Guarnizione liquida "LOCTITE 510" (Pianermetic)
Pressare
Montare rasamento per ottenere gioco assiale di 0,1÷0,3 mm
Incollare i due semicarters con "Permatex Super 300" oppure
"Hylomar PL 32 medio"
Montare con l'apertura verso il centro motore
Orientare le aperture in modo da ottenere un angolo
di 180° in asse con lo spinotto
Allineare la tacca dello statore con quella sul basamento
Montare con sigillante "THREE BOND 1104"
PROCEDURE
Degrease by trychloroethane
Mount with 50°C=3 ENGLER engine oil
Insert the shaft into the bearings
Punch the stator ref. by tool no. 800080121
"Loctite 510" liquid gasket (Pianermetic)
Press
Fit the shim for an axial play of 0.1÷0.3 mm
Glue the two half casings by "Permatex Super
300" or "Average Hylomar PL 32"
Fit it with the opening towards the engine center
Orient the openings as to obtain an angle of
180° on the same axis as the pin
Align the stator notch to the notch on the base
Fit using "THREE BOND 1104" seal
PROCÉDURE
Degraissee par trychloroéthane
Enduire avec huile moteur 50°C=3 ENGLER
Insérer l'arbre dans les paliers
Poinçonner le repère du stator par l'outil n. 800080121
Joint liquide "Loctite 510" (Pianermetic)
Presser
Monter la cale pour avoir un jeu axial de 0.1÷0.3 mm
Coller les deux demi-carters Avec "Permatex
Super 300", ou "Hylomar PL 32 moyen"
La monter avec l'ouverture vers le centre commande boîte des vitesses du
moteur
Orienter les ouvertures de façon à obtenir un angle de 180° sur l'axe du
goujon
Aligner l'encoche du stator à l'encoche du soubassement
Monter avec colle pour sceller "THREE BOND 1104"
