Remedy
Check compressed air supply and com-
pressor; switch off the unit and remove the
wheel wash from the rim; repeat washing
process
Drive vehicle out of the plant, switch off
main switch, wait for 10 seconds, switch on
main switch again, press Reset button,
press button Normal setting, repeat wash-
ing procedure.
Switch off and switch on the unit, repeat
washing process, call Customer Service
Check lifting system, switch off and switch
on the unit, repeat washing process, call
Customer Service
Check power supply, switch on/ off the
unit, repeat washing process
Check supply of fresh and processed wa-
ter, repeat washing process
Check high-pressure system
Check underbody wash
Reset motor protection switch; call Cus-
tomer Service if the problem recurs.
Check limit switch for damage, remove
loose metal parts
Check compressed air supply.
Repair mechanical device, replace end
switch.
Repeat washing process, call Customer
Service
Reset switch manually and press start key
on the wash card reader to continue with
washing
Reposition the vehicle, reset the switch
manually, continue with washing by press-
ing the start key at the wash card reader or
repeat washing process
Remove object
Close water cabinet door
Check limit switch for damage, remove
loose metal parts
Reset motor protection switch; call Cus-
tomer Service if the problem recurs.
