chassis labeled as <chassis label> has reported that logical drive
<logical drive number> is in a failed state but has had one or more drive
replacements and is now ready to change to a status of "OK". However,
this status change will not occur until the logical drive is re-enabled.
Please re-enable the logical drive either via the HP Array Configuration
Utility or by power cycling the MSA chassis.
The external Smart Array controller is attached to the host side Smart
Array controller <controller name / slot information>.

occurred, while physical drive number <physical drive number 2> is the
error drive which reported the read error.
