2.2.8 INSTALLATION OF THE WATER-CONDUCTING COMPONENTS
OF THE SENSO M H
O
2
The installation of the water-conducting components and the re-
quired safety devices etc must be carried out as a rule by a spe-
cialist company. The SENSO M H
a way that all water-conducting components can be accessed and
inspected at all times.
2.2.8.1 CONNECTIONS OF THE M H
The connections are located on the rear of the SENSO M H
illustration). For transport purposes, the connections are fitted with
protective transport caps. These caps are to be removed during the
installation. The connections are clearly labelled and it is not per-
mitted to use them for any other purpose! In particular, it is not per-
mitted to use the integrated safety device (safety heat exchanger)
for heating water.

2.2.8.2 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INSTALLATION
The SENSO M H
O stove may only be installed into systems with
2
thermostatic protection according to DIN 4751 or DIN EN 12828.
The pipes to the heating system should be detachable (e.g. screw
connection) as a general rule.
In the immediate vicinity of the SENSO M H
safety valve (code letter H) that is actuated at an overpressure level
of max. 3.0 bar is to be fitted in the supply flow pipe. It is not per-
mitted to integrate any shut-off facility into the system between this
safety valve and the SENSO M H
device inoperable. In addition, all necessary safety devices are to
be integrated across the whole system to guarantee safe operation.
It is also necessary to install your own safety valve even if there is
already another safety valve present at another position within the
whole system (please observe TRD 721!)
The installation and operating instructions for the heating system
components / additional components fitted must be observed!
2.2.8.3 THERMAL DISCHARGE SAFETY DEVICE (TAS)
Because it is not possible to quickly and independently switch off
the heating process when using the SENSO M H
module must be fitted with a thermal discharge safety device in
accordance with DIN 4751 – Part 2 or DIN EN 12828. For this pur-
pose, a safety device (safety heat exchanger) is integrated into the
SENSO M H
O to protect against overheating. It is not permitted to
