ELECTRICITY CONNECTION

The complete electrical installation of the individual components of
the heating system may only be carried out by an authorised speci-
alist company. All work is to be carried out here in accordance with
VDE regulations (e.g. VDE 0105, VDE 0116, VDE 0100 etc.) and the
technical connection requirements of the local electricity provider.
A = Electrical connection for the thermostat pump control
B = Thermostat as pump control (e.g. company Afriso), with approx. 3.0
m power cord 2 x 0.75 mm 2
C = Load unit (heat charger) (circulation pump)
D = Terminal 1 not required!
E = Phase (L) brown wire
F = Switched phase (L') blue wire

In the SENSO M H

O, there is only an electrical installation from

the thermostat to the pump for the load unit (heat charger) (see
point 2.2.8.7) and to the mains power network (see illustration).
The heat-resistant power cord is approx 3.0 m long and already
fixed to the thermostat.
The functionality of the thermostat switch is to be checked using
hot water (e.g. from a kettle) and a thermometer! The outer casing
is to be dismantled for this purpose.

2.2.8.6 INTEGRATION INTO A HEATING SYSTEM

Please note: The SENSO M H
after comprehensive planning of the complete heating system has
been carried out in accordance with relevant technical regulations
and technical safety standards. The correct layout of the pumps,
valves, pipes, accumulator tank and technical safety components
used is the responsibility of the planning office or the installation
company carrying out the work. We recommend minimum pipe di-
mensions in the heating system of:
Copper pipe; 22 x 1.0 mm or steel pipe; 3/4".
Pipe dimensions (copper pipe) of 15 x 1.0 and a flow pressure of
2.0 bar are sufficient for safe operation in cold water pipes.
The determination of the required pipe dimensions is, however, to
be carried out by the specialist company taking into account local
conditions.
