3.4 TYPE PLATE

The type plate on your stove is located on the rear of the appli-
ance or below the ash pan or the ash tray. It contains technical
data and information. The type plate may not be removed because
this confirms that the appliance has been tested. It is required for
the approval and the yearly inspection carried out by the heating
inspector/chimney sweep.
3.5 OPERATING THE WATER HEAT EXCHANGER IN THE M H
The stove door is generally self-closing. It is not permitted to tam-
per with the closing mechanism. The water heat exchanger is ope-
rated using the lever on the right-hand side at the rear of the stove
(see illustration). This lever switches operation from the lighting
the fire/adding wood phase to the burning phase. The lever is not
designed to operate at intermediate positions.

START OF HEATING PHASE:
The lever is positioned at the very top. The exhaust gases are not
conducted through the heat exchanger of the SENSO M H
the performance of the chimney flue can quickly and effectively
develop. Burning position: The lever is moved completely to the
bottom. All of the exhaust gasses are now directed over the water
heat exchanger of the SENSO M H

pletely burnt and a stock of embers has formed. This will normally
have taken place after approx. 15-20 minutes.
To ensure better performance of the SENSO M H
