Stand-By,
Lecksuch-Bereitschaftsmeldung
des UL 100 PLUS: nach erfolgreicher inbe-
triebnahme, nach Verlassen des Lecksuchsta-
tus "MEAS"
durch kurzes («2 s) Betátigen
der Taste "STOP / VENT" und nach beheb-
barem Fehlerzustand. Die Ventile V1 und V3
sind geschlossen, V2 ist geöffnet. Die Turbo-
molekularpumpe läuft mit (63.000 min).
"EVAC"

erscheint nach Betátigen der Taste "START"
(4/24), bei vorangegangenem Lecksuchstatus
Ständ-By ("STBY") oder Fluten ("VENT").
Die Ventile V2 und V3 sind geschlossen, V1
ist geöffnet,
Wird
im Teilstrombetrieb
mit angeschlosse-
nem Teilstromventil gearbeitet, sind V1, V1.2
und V3 geschlossen und V2 und Va geöff-
net.
"MEAS"
erscheint nach
dem
Evakuieren
("EVAC"),
wenn der Druck am Einla unter 0,2 mbar
oder im Teilstrombetrieb unter 100 mbar ge-
sunken ist und die Leckrate auf der Bedien-
einheit angezeigt wird.
Die Ventile V1 und V2 sind geóffnet, V3 ist
geschlossen.
Wird im Teilstrombetrieb
mit angeschlosse-
nem Teilstromventil gearbeitet, sind bei einem
Einlaß-Druck von 100 mbar >pg> 0,2 mbar
V1 und' V3 geschlossen und V2, V1.2 und
Vox geöffnet. Bei einem Einlafi-Druck von pe
< 0,2 mbar sind V1, V2 und Ve geöffnet,
.
V3 und V1.2 sind geschlossen.
"VENT"
erscheint nach Fluten des Einlaßbereiches und
Verlassen des Lecksuchstatus "MEAS" durch
langes (>2 s) Betätigen der Taste "STOP /
VENT" (4/2).
Die Ventile V2 und V3 sind geöffnet, V1, V1.2
und Vox ist geschlossen.
"CAL"
Cal erscheint beim kalibrieren.
2.7.2 Fehlermeldung
Die Bedeutung der Fehlermeldungen im ein-
zelnen:
""EROO"
Erscheint im Servicefeld in der Statusanzeige
die Anzeige "EROO",
liegt ein Systemfehler
vor. In der Statusanzeige erscheint als stándig
durchlaufender Text:

Durch einen Neustart kann es möglich sein,
daß sich der Systemfehler
automatisch
be-
seitigt. Sollte der:Systemfehler wiederholt auf-
treten, ist unbedingt der Service zu benach-
richtigen.

"STBY"
Standby: this indicates that the UL 100 PLUS
is ready for leak detection: this occurs after
successful run-up or after having left the leak
detection
status
"MEAS"
by operating
the
pushbutton "STOP / VENT" for less than 2 s
and after a rectified fault Valves V1 and V3
are closed, V2 is open. The turbomolecular
pump is running (63.000 rpm).
"EVAC"
is displayed
after operating
the "START"
pushbutton
(4/24) after having been
in the
standby ("STBY") or vent ("VENT") mode.
Valves V2 and V3 are closed; valve V1 is
open.
In the case of partial-flow operation with a
connected partial-flow, valves V1, V1.2 and
V3 are closed and V2 and Vaxt are open.
"MEAS*
is displayed after evacuation ("EVAC"), if the
pressure at the inlet bas dropped below 0.2
mbar or, in the case of partial-flow operation,
below 100 mbar and the leak rate is indicated
on the remote control unit.
Valves V1 and V2 are open; V3 is closed.
In the case of partial-flow operation with a
Connected partial-flow valve and an inlet pres-
Sure of 100 mbar >p£> 0.2 mbar, V1 and
V3 are closed and V2, V1.2 and Vex are
open. At an inlet pressure of pg < 0.2 mbar
V1, V2 and Vex, are open, V3 and V1.2 are
closed.
"VENT"
is displayed after venting the inlet area and
leaving the leak detection status "MEAS"
by
operating the "STOP
/ VENT"
pushbutton
(4/2) for more than 2 s.
Valves V2 and V3 are open, V1, V1.2 and
Vext are also closed.
"CAL"
Cal is displayed during calibration.

Error Messages
The different error messages have the follow-
ing meanings:
*ER00"
H "EROO"
is displayed on the status display
on the service panel there is a system fault.
The status displays continuously the following
text:

By restarting it may be possible that the sys-
tem fault disappears automatically. Should the
system fauit appear repeatedly call the ser-
vice.
"STBY"
Stand-By, UL 100 PLUS signale qu'il est prét
à détecter des fuites. Ce mode est établi après
une bonne mise en service, en sortant du mode
détection "MEAS"
en actionnant brièvement
(< 2 s) la touche "STOP / VENT" et après la

En régime à flux partiel avec robinet flux partiel
raccordé, V1, V1.2 et V3 sont fermés et V2 et
Vext Sont ouverts.
"MEAS"
Apprait aprés l'évacuation ("EVAC"), lorsque
la pression tombe en dessous. de 0,2 mbar à
l'admission ou en régime flux partiel sous 100
mbar et que le taux de fuite est affiché sur
l'unité de commande.
Les robinets V1 et V2 sont ouverts, V3 est
fermé.
Lorsqu'on travaille en flux partiel avec robinet
flux
partiet
raccordé,
pour
une
pression
d'admission de 100 mbar z pe > 0,2 mbar, V1
et V3 sont fermés et V2, V1.2 et Vaa sont
ouverts. Pour une pression d'admission de pe
< 0,2 mbar, V1, V2 et Vea sont ouverts, V3 et
V1.2 sont fermes. — -

"VENT"
Apparait aprés
la remise à l'air de la zone
d'admission
et après avoir quitté l'état de
détection " MEAS" en actionnant longtemps (>
2 s) là touche "STOP / VENT" (4/2).
Les robinets V2 et V3 sont ouverts, V1, V1.2
et Ve sont fermés.
"CAL"
CAL apparait pendant le calibrage.
2.7.2 Messages d'erreurs
Les divers messages d'erreurs ont la significa-
tion suivante:
"EROO"
Ce message apparait sur l'affichage d'état du
panneau
de
service
en
cas
d'erreur
du
systeme.
Le
message
suivant

déroule
continuellement sur l'affichage:

L'erreur du systéme peut éventuellement dis-
paraître automatiquement avec une nouvelle
mise en circuit Si elle recommence
