Der Abbruch

zeige erfolgt mit einer beliebigen Taste.
Taste "ENTER" (4/13)
- zyklische Anzeige von Offset Vorverstärker,
Kalibrierfaktor,
Turbopumpendrehzahl
und
Kennung des Servicemodes: "VARIABLES:
OFA-ox CAL-xxxx TMP xox RPM"
und
"SERV".
Der Abbruch
der zykl. Anzeige
erfolgt mit einer beliebigen Taste.
Taste "Zero" (414)
- zyklische Anzeige Gerátenummer und Ken-
nung des Servicemodes: "IDENT-NUMBER:
D»ooooocox" und "SERV". Der Abbruch der
zykl. Anzeige
erfolgt mit einer beliebigen
Taste.
Taste "Hand" (4/8)
- für zur Anzeige und Einstellung von PE, PV,
Baudrate,
Zeit und Datum.
Zyklische An-
zeige einer Zahl (0 ... 255), die dem EinlaB-
druck entspricht "PE-20x".
Mit der Taste "Hand" (4/8) kann die Anzei-
ge zwischen Vorvakuumdruck "PV-xxx" und
Eintaßdruck "PE-xxx" hin- und hergeschaltet
werden. Nach Austausch einer Róhre PE
oder
PV
ist bei
Atmosphärendruck
der
Sollwert
auf
246
abzugleichen.
Taste
"ENTER"
(4/13) bedingt den Abbruch der
zykl. Anzeige.

- Display of the helium leak rate, provided the
vacuum pressure of the TMP is correct by
pressing the" START" pushbutton (4/24).
By pressing certain pushbuttons on the hand
unit (see Fig. 4) one may obtain the following
additional information on the alphanumerical
status and error display (26/1):
Pushbutton "Automatic/Trigger logic" (4/18)
- cyclic display of the elapsed operating hours
and indication of the service mode: "OPE-
RATION-TIME:
XoxHOURS
and
xxMINUTES"
and "SERV".
Pressing
any
. key terminates the cyclic display.
Pushbutton "ENTER" (4/13)
- cyclic display of preamplifier offset, calibra-
tion
factor,
speed
of the
turbomolecular
pump
and indication of the service mode:
"VARIABLES:
OFA-ex
CAL-xxx
TMP
xox RPM" and "SERV". Pressing any key
terminates the cyclic display.
Pushbutton "Zero" (4/14)
- cyclic display of serial No. and indication of
the
service
mode:
"IDENT-NUMBER:
D»ooooooox" and "SERV". Pressing any key
terminates the cyclic display.
Pushbutton"Hand" (4/8)
- for display and adjustment of PE, PV baud
rate, time and date.
Cyclic display of a
number (0 ... 255), which corresponds to the
inlet pressure "PE-xxx".
By pressing the "Manual" pushbutton (4/8)
one may switch between the display of fore
vacuum pressure "PV-xxx" and inlet pressu-
re "PE-xxx". After exchanging a gauge head
PE or PV a realignment has to be carried
out at atmospheric pressure. The value has
to be 246 at atmospheric pressure. Pressing
the "ENTER"
pushbutton (4/13) terminates
the cyclic display.
Note
When aligning PV switch off the TMP.

interrompre l'indication cyclique.

Touche "manuelle" (4/8)
- Indication. et réglage de PE, PV, vitesse de
transmission,

Indication
cyclique d'un nombre (0...255) correspondant
à la pression d'admission "PE-xx".
La touche "manuelle" (4/8) permet de com-
muter entre l'indication de la pression vide
primaire "PV-xxx" et l'indication de la pres-
sion d'admission "PE-oa". Après le rempla-
cement
d'un
capteur
PV
ou
PE
it faut
équilibrer la consigne sur 246 à la pression
atmosphérique.
La touche "ENTER"
(4/13)
interrompt l'indication cyclique.
Remarque
Mettre TMP hors circuit pour équilibrer PV.
