Durch kurzes. Drücken der. Taste "START"
wird ein angeschlossener
Prüfling evakuiert,
gleichzeitig leuchtet die.Status-LED (4/1) grün.
Der fallende EinlaBdruck pg wird auf der Kom-
bi-Anzeige (4/3) angezeigt, bis der EinlaB-
druck von pg < 0,2 mbar ist. Bei diesem Ein-
laßdruck wird automatisch die Kombi-Anzeige
(4/3) so umgeschaltet, daß anstelle des Ein-
laßdrucks die Leckrate angezeigt wird.
Während im Meßbetrieb die Leckrate ange-
zeigt wird, kann mit jedem weiteren Druck auf
die Taste "START"
die angezeigte Leckrate
auf einen evtl. angeschlossenen Drucker aus-
gegeben werden (PRINT ONLY-Betrieb siehe
Schnittstellenbeschreibung SB 10.207).
Taste " STOP / VENT"
Ausgehend
vom
MeBbetrisb
des
UL
100
PLUS wird durch einmaliges kurzes Drücken
der Taste "STOP/VENT" (4/2) das Evakuie-
ren des Prüflings unterbrochen. Der UL 100
PLUS geht in den Stand-By-Zustand.
Dem Bediener wird dieser Zustand wie folgt
angezeigt:
- Die angezeigte Leckrate wird ausgeblendet,
die LED's (4/3) sind alle aus.
- Die rot-grüne Status-LED (4/1) erlischt.
- Die Exponenten sind weiterhin sichtbar.
+ Im Servicefeld wird auf der Status- / Fehler-
anzeige (26/1) "STBY" angezeigt.
- Die LED-Zero (4/21) leuchtet
Nach dem Drücken der Taste."STOP/VENT"
(4/2) erfolgt ein. Selbstabgleich des UL 100
PLUS.
Hierbei wird der geräteinteme
He-
liumuntergrund und die elektrische Nullpunkt-
verschiebung bestimmt.
Durch längeres Drücken (mindestens 2 s) der
Taste "STOPAVENT"
(4/2) wird die Funktion
VENT (Fluten) erreicht. Das Flutventil V3 wird
geöffnet.
Der Prüfling wird
hörbar geflutet.
Dieser Betriebszustand wird durch rotes Auf-
leuchten der Status-LED (4/1) gemeldet. Die
LEDs der Kombi-Anzeige (4/3) sind alle aus.
Das Flutventil V3 kann wieder geschlossen
werden durch
- nochmaliges
Drücken
der Taste "STOP/
VENT".
Der UL 100 PLUS
geht in den
Standby-Zustand oder
- Taste "START" (4/24) drücken.
Der UL 100 PLUS geht in den Mefibetrieb
zurück.
2.2.3
Werteingabe-Tasten
Nach Betätigen einer Multifunktionstaste kön-
nen über die Werteingabe-Tasten (4/19) und
(4/6) Parameter ins Gerát eingegeben werden.
Zum Beispiel kann nach vorherigem Betätigen
der Muttifunktions-Taste "Akustisches Signal"
(4/16) die Lautstärke des akustischen Signals
eingestellt werden.
Hinwels
Mit den Werteingabe-Tasten (4/19) und (4/6)
kann nur die Funktion beeinflußt werden, die
jeweils auf einer der Multifunktions-Tasten
vorgewählt und über eine LED angezeigt wird.

By briefly depressing the "START" pushbut-
ton (4/24), the test object is evacuated, during
which time the status LED (4/1) is green.
The dropping intake pressure pg is shown on
the combined indicator (4/3) until pressure pe
is < 0.2 mbar. At this value of the intake
pressure, the combined indicator (4/3) auto-
matically changes over to leak rate indication
instead of inlet pressure indication.
During indication of a leak rate in the mea-
suring
mode,
each
depressing
of
the
"START" pushbutton will output the displayed
leak rate on a printer if connected
(PRINT.
ONLY mode see instructions for the interface
SB 10.207).
Pushbutton " STOP / VENT"
When the UL 100 PLUS is in the measure-
ment mode, evacuation
of the test object can
be interrupted by briefly pressing the "STOP
} VENT" (4/2) pushbutton once. The UL 100
PLUS then sets itself to standby. .
This condition is indicated to the operator as
follows:
- The displayed leak rate disappears, LED's
(4/3) are all off.
- The red/green status LED (4/1) is off. -
- The exponents are still visible.
- The status/error diplay (26/1) on the service
panel indicates "STBY".
- The zero LED (4/21) is on
After pressing "STOP/VENT" (4/2) the selt-
alignment process of the UL 100 PLUS is
started. Both internal helium background and
electrical zero shift are determined.
By pressing the pushbutton
"STOP/AVENT"
(4/2) for a longer period of time (for at least 2
s) the venting process can be started. Venting
valve V3 is opened. The test object is audibly
vented. This operating condition is indicated
by the status LED (4/1). The LEDs on the
combination display (4/3) are alll off.
Venting valve V3 can be closed again by
- again operating the "STOP/VENT"
push-
button.
The UL 100 PLUS returns to standby or
- operating the "START" (4/24) pushbutton.
The UL 100 PLUS returns to the measure-
ment mode.
2.2.3
Parameter Pushbuttons
After operating a program pushbutton, para-
meters
can be entered with the. parameter
pushbuttons
(4/19) and (4/6). For example,
after previously operating the acoustic signal
multi-function pushbutton (4/16), the volume of
the acoustic signal can be adjusted.
Note
With the Sen
pushbuttons (4/19) and
(4/6) one can only influence a function pre-
viously selected with a multi-function
push-
button and indicated by the relevant LED.

pression
sur
la
touche
"START"
provoque une sortie du taux actuel
sur
l'imprimante
éventuellement
raccordée
(mode PRINT ONLY voir description d'inter-
face SB 10.207).
Touche "STOP / VENT"
Lorsque UL 100 PLUS est en mode de me-
sure, on peut interrompre l'évacuation de la
pièce raccordée en actionnant, une seule fois
et brièvement, la touche "STOP/ VENT" (4/2).
UL 100 PLUS passe alors en mode Stand-By.
Cet état est indiqué à l'opérateur de la fagor
Suivante:
- Le taux de fuite indiqué disparaît, les DEL
(4/3) sont toutes óteintes.
- La DEL rouge-verte (4/1) s'éteint
- Les exposants restent visibles,
- L'affichage d'état/d'erreur (26/1) du panneat
de service indique "STBY".
- La DEL du zéro (4/21) s'allume
L'équilibrage automatique de UL 100 PLUS :

pareil et la dérive électrique du zéro sont alor
déterminés.
On obtient la fonction VENT (remise à l'atmos

de fuite V3 est ouvert. On entend distinctemer
la remise à l'atmosphère de la pièce raccordée
Cet état de service est signalé par l'allumage
de la DEL d'état (4/1). Les DEL de l'affichag:
combiné (4/3) sont toutes éteintes.
Le robinet de fuite V3 peut être refermó en
