Durch kurzes Drücken der Taste "START"
(4/24) wird ein angeschlossener Prüfling vom
Teilstrompumpsatz (2/7) evakuiert.
Hinweis
Bei richtigem Anschluß und evakuiertem Prüf-
ling leuchtet an der Elektronik des Magnet-
ventils die grüne LED
(23/1). Sollte ständig
die rote LED leuchten, ist zu kontrollieren, ob
der Mikro-Umschaiter in der Elektronikeinheit
des Magnetventils auf Remote
(Stellung S)
geschaltet ist. Siehe hierzu die GA
06.202.
Der Mikro-Umschalter
muB
auf Stellung S
stehen.
Bei einem Einlaßdruck von 100 mbar wird das
Grobleck-Ventil
V 1.2 automatisch
geöffnet
(GROSS) siehe Abb. 2. Der UL 100 PLUS ist
Lecksuchbereit. Dies ist erkennbar durch den
Wechsel
von
Druckanzeige
zur
Leckraten-
; anzeige der Bedieneinheit (Abb. 4).
Aufgrund
des Teilstromverhältnisses
können
nun Leckraten bis 1:108 mbar-ks!
nachge-
wiesen werden.
Bei fallendem Einlaßdruck erfolgt dann eine
automatische Umschaltung. Das Ventil V 1.2
schließt und das Ventil V 1 öffnet bei pg « 0,2
mbar (FINE); siehe Abb. 2. Der Leckraten-
bereich bis 10-9 mbar«s
steht nun infolge
des kleineren Teilstromverhältnisses zur Ver-
fügung.
Durch Aktivieren des Schlüssels 3 (siehe Ab-
Schnitt 2.2.13.1) oder durch Drücken der Ta-
ste "Hand" und der Werteingabetaste kann
die
maximale .Empfindlichkeit
von
2:10-10
mbar-l-s*' erreicht werden (ULTRA).
2.4.7.2 Sonstige Pumpsátze
Grundsätzlich
können
im Teilstrompumpsatz
beliebige
Drehschieberpumpen
sowie
auch
andere Ventile und Schläuche verwendet wer-
den (siehe Betriebsart (4) in Abb. 20). Dabei
ist jedoch zu beachten, daß die Software nur
mit den Magnetventilen (Kat.-Nr. 287 42; 287
52; 288 42; 288 52; je nach Spannung und
Gehäusematerial) zusammenarbeitet

partial flow pump set (2/7) by briefly pressing
the "START" pushbutton (4/24).

When the test object has been connected cor-
rectly and evacuated, the green LED (23/1)
on the electronics unit of the solenoid valve
will come on. If the red LED is on, check that
the changeover switch within the electronics
unit of the solenoid valve is set to remote (po-

The
changeover
Switch must be in position S.
At an inlet pressure of 100 mbar the gross
leak valve
V
1.2 is opened
automatically
(GROSS), see Fig. 2. The UL 100 PLUS is
then ready for leak detection. This is also
indicated by the change from pressure indica-
tion to leak rate indication on the remote con-
trol unit (Fig. 4).
Due to the partial flow ratio it is now possible
to detect leak rates down to
1°10 mbarls t.
Automatic switch over occurs when the pres-
sure drops. Valve V 1.2 closes and valve V 1
opens when pe < 0.2 mbar (FINE); see Fig.
2. Due to the smaller partial flow ratio the leak
rate range down to 109 mbarks!
is now
available.
By activating key No. 3 (see Section 2.2.13.1)
or by operating the "Manual" and the parame-
ter entry pushbutton to is possible to reach the
maximum
sensitivity of 2
10-10 mbarls!
(ULTRA).
2.4.7.2 Other pump sets
Basically any type of rotary vane pump may
be used in the partial flow pump set as well as
other types of valve and tubing (see operating
mode (4) in Fig. 20). But it should be noted
that the UL 100 PLUS software will only func-
tion properly with solenoid valves (Cat No.
287 42; 287 52; 288 42; 288 52;) depending

robinet vide grossier V 1.2 s'ouvre automa-
tiquement (GROSS), Cf. fig. 2. UL 100 PLUS
est prêt à détecter. Cet état se manifeste par la
commutation de l'unité de commande
(fig. 4)
de l'indication de pression a l'indication de taux
de fuite.
Grace
au
flux partiel,
on
peut
détecter
maintenant des fuites jusqu'à
1108 mbarst,
Si la pression d'admission diminue il y a alors
une commutation automatique. Le robinet V 1.2
se ferme et V 1 s'ouvre pour pe < 0,2 mbar
(FINE); Ct. fig. 2. La gamme des fuites jusqu'à
10:$ mbarks! est alors disponible grâce au
flux partie! plus petit.
On obtient la sensibilité maximale de 21010
mbars!
(ULTRA) en activant la clé 3 (Cf.
section 2.2.13.1) ou en actionnant la touche
"manuelle".

Autres groupes de pompage
