Proposed solutions
• Wait 5 minutes for the inverter to automatically restart.
• Check whether the load is in compliance with the speci-
fication.
• Have a suitably qualified specialist disconnect the
PV input, restart the inverter after a few minutes
and check whether the error persists.
• Have a suitably qualified specialist disconnect the
PV input, restart the inverter after all system compo-
nents have cooled down
and check whether the error persists.
• Check whether the ambient temperature or/and the heat
sink temperature exceeds the normal range of the oper-
ating temperature.
• Wait 5 minutes for the inverter to restart.
• Check whether the load is in compliance with the speci-
fication.
• Check if the battery wiring port is short circuited.
• Check if the charging current is in compliance with the
presetting.
• Restart the inverter and wait until it functions normally.
• Contact the customer service.
• The off grid relay is faulty.
