3.2 Switching the energy storage system on and off
ATTENTION!
Risk of damage!
To avoid damage to the system, be sure to follow
these instructions in the order given!
Before switching on the energy storage system,
make sure that it is completely and correctly
installed as instructed in the relevant sections,
including "Commissioning"!
Switching on the system
Proceed as follows to start operation:
• Switch on the external PV switches of your house instal-
lation.
• Switch on the external mains switch of your house instal-
lation between the ON GRID connection and the mains.
• If local loads are connected to the backup connection,
switch on the AC circuit breaker between the BACK UP
connection and the connected loads.
Note: For connection of loads with the BACK UP,
follow the instructions in the corresponding sections,
in particular "AC connection".
If no backup load is applied, leave the switch in the off
position.
• Open the protective flap marked DC-SWITCH on the
right side of each battery module (1.1) and switch on the
respective battery switch underneath.
• Switch on the battery modules
by operating the corresponding start key on each battery
storage control panel, until the LED indicators light up.
