• Protect the battery storage system from intense
heat and fire, mechanical shocks, decomposition
or additional electrical stress due to improper use!
The gas release valve is activated by such impacts!
In extreme cases, the housing of the battery cell may
break!
Hazardous substances or acrid vapours may be
emitted!
• In the event of damage or defect of the battery stor-
age system, electrolyte or toxic gases may escape
which can cause chemical burns!
In this case avoid contact with the leaked liquid or gas!
Nevertheless, in case of contact with electrolyte or
gas, seek medical attention after taking the following
appropriate immediate measures:
• In case of inhalation: Leave the contaminated area!
• In case of eye contact: Rinse the eyes with running
water for 5 minutes!
• In case of skin contact: Rinse the affected areas
thoroughly with soap and water!
• In case of ingestion: Induce vomiting!
