Comparison: grid-connected depth of discharge
(DISC DEPTH):
In the presence of mains power, this is the maximum depth of
discharge.
Example: If the the grid-connected discharge depth is set
to 80%, when the normal grid connection of mains power is
allowed, the battery is no longer discharged from a SOC value of
20 % or less and the discharge power will be zero.
Relationship between the off-grid discharge depth
and the grid-connected discharge depth
Grid-connected discharge depth < off-grid discharge depth.
Off-grid discharge depth - grid-connected discharge depth
= off-grid standby SOC.
Example: If the grid connected discharge depth is sei to 80%
and the off grid discharge depth is sei to 90%, the battery will
stop discharging if the SOC is equal to or lower than 20% under-
normal grid connected conditions / with grid power availability.
When the mains power is off / With off-grid operation of the
inverter, important loads are supplied with power from the bat-
tery until their SOC value reaches 10% or less and the inverter
operation is stopped.
The following settings represent maximum values:
