7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Important notes on problems with the energy storage system
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock, injury and damage!
Do not use the energy storage system in case of
damage / defect!
This can be very dangerous!
Repairs and modifications are very dangerous
for unqualified persons and can also cause damage!
Never carry out repairs or modifications to the system
or its components on your own and do not disassemble
them!
The following table lists some of the basic problems that may occur
during operation, possible causes and corresponding possible
solutions.
This may help you to solve a problem on your own.
If the suggested solutions listed do not solve a problem,
contact the customer service.
