3.3 Emergency shutdown and handling malfunctions
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Damage to the system components, especially the
battery storage, can be very dangerous!
Do not use them in this case!
If electrolyte leaks or the battery is overheated,
or if there is a fire, do not approach!
In the event of any kind of malfunction or damage,
observe the corresponding instructions under "Important
safety instructions"!
If the energy storage system appears to be running abnormally,
immediately switch off the grid-connected main switch that
directly feeding the energy storage systems and turn off all load
switches within the system, as well as the battery switch.
If a device needs to be repaired or opened for other purposes,
contact a suitably qualified specialist!

Risk of electric shock!
The energy storage system and its components
may only be maintained and repaired by appropriately
qualified personnel in compliance with all safety regula-
tions, including the instructions in this manual,
in particular under "Cleaning and Maintenance",
if necessary with original spare parts!
To do this, all electrical connections must be disconnect-
ed and the voltage at the input terminals must be meas-
ured with an appropriately calibrated voltage tester!
The upper cover plate must not be opened until the DC-
link capacitance inside the battery modules is completely
discharged (after about 15 minutes)!
There is a risk of life-threatening electric shocks for
non-expert persons, as well as damage to property!
Do not operate the system until it has been completely
installed and put into operation again.
