Cleaning and Maintenance
Regularly check all components of the energy storage system,
especially heat sinks and ventilation paths, for dirt
and clean them if necessary or at least every 6-12 months,
depending on the site environment, dust content, etc. .
Proceed as follows for cleaning,
observing the previously mentioned warnings:
• Remove loose dust from the top of the devices and the heat sinks
with a vacuum cleaner or a brush.
• To clean the housing surfaces, you can use a dry, soft
and lint-free cloth.
• Remove dirt in the space between the cooling fins
with a suitable brush.
• Also clean the photovoltaic modules regularly
according to the manufacturer's instructions.
6.2 Routine maintenance measures
• Always keep maintenance access free
and ensure that all warning and instruction signs remain
clearly visible and intact.
• Make sure that the installation site of the energy storage system
always remains protected and sufficiently ventilated
and that the ventilation paths of the system are not blocked.
• Monitor the temperature of the battery modules
and clean them, if necessary, as previously described.
• Check the operation history regularly for stored fault messages
that have occurred (INQUIRE > RECORD).
If necessary, contact the customer service.
Only restart system components after a malfunction if errors that
may affect the safety of the system have been eliminated.
• Also, check the system for malfunctions, problems, etc.
at least at the recommended intervals (see following sections)
and, if necessary, take appropriate measures to eliminate them
by contacting a suitably qualified specialist.
