DISPOSITIVI
DI SICUREZZA
1.5.1 LIMITATORE DI MOMENTO
Si definisce momento il valore ottenuto
dal prodotto dei Carico da sollevare
per la distanza dall'asse di rotazione
della colonna.
Il dispositivo limitatore di momento ha
la funzione di proteggere la struttura
della gru e garantire la stabilita'
dell'abbinamento Gru/Autocarro.
Il Limitatore di Momento e' un sistema
idraulico sensibile alla pressione
interna dei martinetto di sollevamento;
esso blocca tutti i movimenti della gru
che portano ad un aumento della
pressione sopradescritta (quindi dei
momento).
Per uscire dalla condizione di blocco
e' necessario ridurre il momento quindi
rientrare con gli sfili.
1.5.2 COPIGLIE, FERMAGLI
DI SICUREZZA
Alcuni perni di blocco sono fermati da
copiglie, fermagli di sicurezza a molla
o anelli.

1.5.1 MOMENTLIMITING DEVICE
Moment is defined as being the value
obtained by the product of the Load to
be lifted and the distance from the axis
of rotation of the column. The moment
limiting device has the funetion of
protecting the structure of the crane
and ensuring the stability of the Cranel
Truck combination.
The Moment Limiting Device is an
electro-hydraulie system that is
sensitive to the internai pressure of the
lifting cyiinder; it biocks ali movements
of the crane that lead to an increase in
the above mentioned pressure
(therefore of the moment).
To exit the bioked condition it is -
necessary
to reduce the moment, therefore
withdraw the extensions.
1.5.2 SPLIT PINS, SAFETY
FASTENERS
Sorne locking pins are retained by split
pins, spring safety fasteners or rings.

1.5.1 MOMENTBEGRENZER

Der Moment ergibt sich aus der
Multiplikation des Hubiastwertes mit
dem Abstand von der
Sáuiendrehachse.
Der Momentbegrenzer dient zum
Schutz der Kranstruktur und zur
Gewáhrieistung der stabilen Paarung
zwischen Kran und Lkw.
Der Momentbegrenzer ist ein
eiektrohydraulisches System, das auf
den Druck im Hubzyiinder anspricht;
sárntiiche Kranbewegungen, die ein
Ansteigen dieses Druckes (also des
Momentes) bewirken, werden durch
dieses System blockiert.
Zur Rúckstellung des
Blockierungszustandes muß der Wert
des Moments herabgesetzt, d.h. die
Teleskopteile eingefahren werden.
1.5.2 SPLINTE,
SICHERHEITSKLEMMEN
Einige Arretierbolzen sind durch
Splinte, Sicherheits-Federkiemmen
oder Schließringe gesichert.
