L'installazione di un sistema di solleva-
mento che non sia il gancio fornito in
dotazione, deve essere autorizzata in
ogni singolo caso dal costruttore, in
quanto altera profondamente le
caratteristiche della macchina e quindi
comporta una nuova classificazione.
Ad esempio per l'installazione di un
polipo per rottame si deve adottare la
classe di sollevamento H2, questo
comporta una riduzione delle portate,
che devono includere il peso dell'at-
trezzo, dell'ordine dei 30%.
E'quindi indispensabile interpellare
l'U.T. del costruttore che provvederà a
verificare la compatibilità della macchi-
na con l'accessorio prescelto (polipo
per rottame, benna per sabbia, magne-
te ecc ... ).
Se la trasformazione avviene successi-
vamente all'acquisto, deve essere ese-
guita presso un'officina autorizzata che
provvederà anche alla taratura dei dispo-
sitivo di sicurezza e ad una nuova verifi-
ca di stabilità, a fornire i nuovi diagram-
mi delle portate e quant'altro di sua com-
petenza si renda necessario.
Si rammenta che il
deciassamento è IRREVERSIBILE,
anche nel caso si provveda a rimuove-
re l'attrezzo installato e si usi quale
organo di presa il gancio.

OTHER THAN THE HOOK
lnstalling a lifting system other than
the hook supplied must be authorized
from the constructor in every singie
case since it profoundiy changes the
characteristics of the machine and
therefore involves
a new ciassification.
For instance, to instali a grapple for
serap you need to use lifting ciass H2
which involves a reduction in the
capacities, which must include the
weight of the tool, in the order of 30%.
lt is therefore essential to cali the
Technical Depadment which will
check the compatibility of the machine
with the chosen accessori (grapple for
scrap, sand bucket, magnet, etc ...... ).

Remember that de-rating is

Die lnstallation eines anderen
Hebesystems als das mit dem
beigesteliten Haken muß in jedem
Einzelfali vom Erbauer genehmigt
werden, weil sich dadurch die
Maschineneigenschaften erhebiich
ándern und eine neue Klassifizierung
erforderfich wird.
Die Hubkiasse ist bei einem
Mehrschalengreifer beispielsweise die
H2, was die Tragfáhigkeit um etwa 30%
herabsetzt, weil das Gewicht des
Zubehórs berúcksichtigt werden muß.
Die technische Abteilung vom Erbauer
muß daher unbedingt nach der
Vertrágiichkeit zwischen Maschine und
ausgewáhitem Zubehór
(Mehrschalengreifer, Sandgreifer,
Magnet, usw.) befragt werden.
Erfoigt die Umwandiung nach dem
Kauf, so muß sie in einer
Vertragswerkstátte durchgefúhrt
werden, die auch fúr die Eichung der
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen und die
erneute Stabilitátskontrolle sargen wird
und die neuen Tragkraftdiagramme
und alle weiteren Leistungenerbringen
wird, fúr die sie zustándig ist.
Man erinnert daran, daß die
Deklassierung UNROCKGANGIG ist,
auch wenn das installierte Zubehór
entfernt und als Greifelement der Haken
verwendet wird.
