INGRASSAGGIO
2.1 INGRASSAGGIO
Al fine di migliorare l'operativita'della
gru, ed evitare inutili interventi prema-
turi di manutenzione, ad intervalli
indicati eseguire l'ingrassaggio della
macchina.
L'ingrassaggio è previsto in due
diversi metodi:
- MANUALE
- A PRESSIONE
INGRASSAGGIO MANUALE
Rimuovere il grasso presente con una
spatola di materiale tenero (plastica -
legno), quindi spalmare con un
pennello un nuovo strato di grasso su
tutta la superficie da lubrificare.
INGRASSAGGIO A PRESSIONE
Pulire accuratamente l'ingrassatore,
immettere il nuovo grasso sino alla
fuoriuscita dello stesso dalle
articolazioni, avendo in questo modo la
certezza di avere sostituito il vecchio
con il nuovo lubrificante.
ATTENZIONE:
- Utilizzare nelle operazioni di
ingrassaggio un tipo di grasso
compatibile con quello indicato in
tabella.
- Rimuovere con cura il grasso in
eccesso.
- Anche i grassi di tipo ecologico
devono essere raccolti e smaltiti da
aziende specializzate.

GREASING
2.1 GREASING
In order to improve the operation of
the crane and prevent pointiess early
maintenance work, grease the
machine at the intervals indicated.
Greasing is to be done with two
diff erent methods:
-MANUAL
-PRESSURE
MANUAL GREASNG
Remove the grease with a spatula
made of a soft material (piastie -
wood), then using a brush spread a
fresh layer of grease over ali the
surface to be lubricated.
PRESSURE GREASING
Thoroughiy clean the lubricator, put
fresh grease in untii it comes out of
the joints, thereby being certain of
repiacing the old lubricant with the
new.
ATTENTION:
Use a type of grease compatibie with
the one given in the tabie.
Carefully remove the excess grease.
Greases of ecological type must also
be colleeted and disposed of by
specialized companies

2.1 FETTEN
Die optimale Leistungsfáhigkeit des
Krans wírd durch eine regeimáßige
Schmierung erreicht. Zudem kónnen
vorzeitige Reparatur- bzw.
Wartungseingriffe vermieden werden.
Es werden zwei verschiedene
Schmiermethoden angewendet:
MANUELLE SCHMIERUNG
DRUCKSCHMIERUNG
MANUELLESCHMIERUNG
Das vorhandene Fett mit einer
Spachtel aus weichem Material
(Kunststoff - Hoiz) entfernen und
danach mit einem Pinsel auf die
gesamte Schmierfláche frisches Fett
auftragen.
DRUCKSCHMIERUNG
Den Schmiernippel grúndlich sáubern
und frisches Fett einfúgen. Das
Schmiermittel ist volistándig ersetzt,
wenn es aus den Gelenkteiien austritt.
ACHTUNG:
Das Schmiermittel darf nur durch
ein Fett der empfohienen Sorte (s.
Schmiermitteltabelle) oder
gieichartiges ersetzt werden.
Das úberschússige Fett sorgfáitig
. entfernen.
Auch umweltfreundliche Fettsorten
sind normgerecht zu sammein und zu
entsorgen.
Die Verwendung von
Moiybdándisuifid-Fetten
ist NICHT GESTATTET.
