1.9.5 CONTROLLI PRIMA
DELL'UTILIZZO
Controllare che non vi siano perdite
nelle giunzioni dell'impianto idraulico.
Controllare l'integrita'dei sigilli dei
dispositivo di sicurezza e delle valvole.
Controllare visivamente l'efficienza dei
tubi flessibili, dei tubi rigidi e della
struttura.
Controllare che siano ben visibili le
targhette con gli avvisi di istruzione e
quelle con le portate della gru ed il
diagramma delle portate.
Prima di operare con la gru si deve
verificare l'efficienza di tutti i dispositivo
di sicurezza.
Se anche uno solo dei controlli seguenti
non C'soddisfatto recarsi presso
un'officina autorizzata.
1) Valvole rubinetto stabilizzatori
Azionare la leva di comando degli
stabilizzatori a stabilizzazione avvenu
ta e controllare che non vi sia, per
ogni martinetto, movimento dello
stelo. Si ricorda che con la gru in
condizioni di lavoro il rubinetto deve
impedire il passaggio dell'olio

1.9.5 CHECKS BEFORE
USE
Cheek there are no leaks at the
couplings of the hydraulic system.
Cheek the soundness of the seals of
the safety devices and of the valves.
Visually check the eff iciency of the
flexibie hoses, of the rigid pipes and of
the strutture
Check the plates are fully visibie with
the instruction notices and with the
crane capacities and also the capacity
diagram.
Before operatine the crane you need
to cheek the efficiency of ali the safety
devices. lf even just one of the
following checks is not satisfied go to
an authorized workshop.
1) Stabilizer cock valves
Operate the controi lever of the
stabilizers and cheek for each
cylinder there is no movement of the
stern. Remember that with the crane
in working conditions the cock must
stop oil passing through.

Die Verbindungsteile der
Hydraulikaniage auf Leckagen
überprúfen.
Die Plomben der
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen und der
ventile auf einwandfreien Zustand
überprüfen.
Eine Sichtkontrolle der Schiáuche,
der Rohre und der gesamten Struktur
vornehmen.
Die Schilder mit den verschiedenen
hinweisen , mit den tragkraftangaben
und dem Tragkraftdiagramm mússen
einwandf rei sichtbar sein.
Vor der inbetriebsetzung des krans
sind sämtliche

Sicherheitsvorrichtungen auf ihre
funktionstúchtigkeit zu prúfen.
wenn auch nur eine der folgenden
kontrolien nicht zufriedensteliend
ausfáiit, eine vertragswerkstátte
aufsuchen.
1) Entsperrbare Ventile der
Abstútzungen
Das Betátigen des
Abstútzungshebels darf keine
Bewegung der
Zyiinderstangen bewirken. Das
Ventil muß wáhrend des
Kranbetriebes den didurchfiuß
sperren.
