Install:
• Push rod 1
NOTE:
While holding down the lever 1 2,
insert the push rod farthest into the
carburetor.
10. Install:
• Starter jet 1
• Pilot jet 2
• Spacer 3
• Needle jet 4
• Main jet 5
11. Install:
• Needle valve 1
• Float 2
• Float pin 3
NOTE:
• After installing the needle valve to
the float, install them to the carbu-
retor.
• Check the float for smooth move-
ment.
12. Install:
• Pilot screw 1
• Spring 2
• Washer 3
• O-ring 4
Note the following installation
points:
• Turn in the pilot screw until it is
lightly seated.
• Turn out the pilot screw by the
number
of
turns
before removing.
Pilot screw:
1-3/4 turns out

Monter:
• Tige de débrayage 1
N.B.:
Tout en maintenant abaissé le levier 1
2, insérer la tige de débrayage plus
avant dans le carburateur.
10. Monter:
• Gicleur de starter 1
• Gicleur de ralenti 2
• Entretoise 3
• Gicleur d'aiguille 4
• Gicleur principal 5
11. Monter:
• Pointeau 1
• Flotteur 2
• Axe de flotteur 3
N.B.:
• Après avoir monté le pointeau sur le
flotteur, les monter sur le carburateur.
• Contrôler que le flotteur se déplace
librement.
12. Monter:
• Vis de ralenti 1
• Ressort 2
• Rondelle 3
• Joint torique 4
Noter les points de montage
suivants:
• Visser la vis de ralenti jusqu'à ce
qu'elle touche légèrement son
siège.

• Dévisser la vis de ralenti du nom-
bre de tours enregistré avant la
dépose.
Vis de ralenti:
Desserrer de 1-3/4 tours
