REPLACING THE GAS SPRING
At least 2 people must carry out this pro-
cedure.
During this procedure, always
use safety gloves and shoes.
WARNING
Risk of impact / crushing.
If necessary (see ramp weight),
use appropriate hoisting devices
to lift the ramp.
In this case, harness the ramp
with ropes or straps having an
adequate capacity.
Demounting:
1 - Remove the ramp from the vehicle
(always attached to the base).
Place the ramp with the base of the
"head" tilted horizontally towards the
ground (Fig. 95 - 96).
2 - Remove the nut 1 and the washer 2,
and free only the upper end of the
telescopic tube P containing the me-
chanical spring (Fig. 97).
3 - Remove the support buffers T on
both sides of the ramp (Fig. 98), til-
ting the base.

Svolgere l'operazione in MIN. 2 persone.
Durante queste operazioni utiliz-
zare sempre guanti e scarpe an-
tinfortunistici.
Rischio schiacciamento / urto.
Se necessario (vedere peso
rampa) utilizzare adeguato di-
spositivo di sollevamento per
sollevare la rampa.
In questo caso imbragare la
rampa con funi o fasce di ade-
guata portata.
Smontaggio:
1 - Rimuovere la rampa dal
veicolo (sempre fissata
alla base).
Coricarla con il pianale
della "testa" appoggiato in
orizzontale al suolo (Fig.
95 - 96).
2 - Rimuovere il dado 1, la
rondella 2 e svincolare so-
lamente l'estremità supe-
riore del tubo telescopico
P che contiene la molla
meccanica (Fig. 97).
3 - Rimuovere i tamponi di
appoggio T, da entrambi i
lati della rampa (Fig. 98),
reclinando la base.
