9.3.2 Drive Wheel Replacement
Proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the controls.
2. Jack up the power wheelchair so that the wheel you want
to replace can rotate freely.
3. Loosen the five cap nuts and remove them along with the
washers and spring washers.
4. Pull the drive wheel to the front off the threaded bolts.

5. Put the new drive wheel onto the threaded bolts.
6. Put on the five spring washers and five washers.
7. Tighten all five cap nuts with a torque wrench.
Properly reassemble all components upon completion of the
work.
INFORMATION
When installing the wheel, tighten all five cap nuts to a torque
of 25 Nm.
