CAUTION
Risk of accident and injury due to improper use. The
C2000 power wheelchair must only be used in accordance
with the guidelines for proper use. The C2000 power wheel-
chair may only be used by properly trained persons. The
C2000 power wheelchair may only be used to transport one
person at a time.
CAUTION
Risk of burns in the proximity of fire. The back upholstery and
seat cushion are flame retardant but nevertheless flammable.
Therefore utmost caution is required near any sources of open
flame or sparks, especially lit cigarettes.
INFORMATION
Only use original manufacturer's options. The optional com-
ponents may be mounted only as described here. Failure to
comply will void the warranty.

WARNING
Risk of accident and injury due to improper use for trans-
portation in motor vehicles for the disabled. For the time
being, Otto Bock have not yet released the C2000 power
wheelchair for use as a seat for transportation of the user in
motor vehicles for the disabled! Until the power wheelchair
has been released for use as a seat for transportation in
motor vehicles for the disabled, wheelchair users must always
transfer to the seats installed in the motor vehicle with the
corresponding vehicle restraint systems! Non-observance
of these instructions could lead to injury of the wheelchair
user, as well as of all other passengers in the motor vehicle,
in case of an accident.
