NOTICE
Risk of damage due to improper transportation. Hoisting
devices used for transportation must have a sufficient capac-
ity. The power wheelchair must be secured in accordance with
the regulations for the transportation device used. Only attach
the tensioning straps to the corresponding eyebolts and given
lashing points. During transport on lifting platforms or in lifts,
the wheelchair controls must be switched off. Engage the
brake. Ensure that the power wheelchair is centred on the
lifting platform. Ensure that no parts or components of the
power wheelchair are within the danger zone.
NOTICE
Battery damage due to deep discharge. Remove the fuse
for shipping or when the power wheelchair is not being used
for an extended period of time.
INFORMATION
The tyres of the power wheelchair contain chemical sub-
stances that can react with other chemical substances (such
as cleaning agents, acids).
C2000
Black tyres contain soot particles that can cause discoloura-
tion and black marks. A suitable surface is required when
parking the wheelchair for extended periods of time.
Assembly
WARNING
Risk of accident and injury if plug or screw connections
come loose. For all setting works or for folding down the
backrest for transportation, screw and / or plug connections
have to be loosened. This can cause uncontrolled move-
ments of wheelchair components. To avoid injuries at pinch
and shear points, carry out such works with the support of
another person. Make sure to always keep parts of the body
(e. g. hands or head) out of the danger zone.
CAUTION
Risk of accidents due to unsecured screw connections.
When screw connections with thread locks are loosened, they
must be replaced by new ones or secured with a medium-
strength thread lock substance (e. g. EuroLock A24.20).
After any settings on the power wheelchair are established
or changed, the mounting screws and / or nuts must be
retightened securely. During tightening observe torques
when specified.
