9.3.2 Drive Wheel Replacement

Proceed as follows:
1. Turn off the controls.
2. Jack up the power wheelchair so that the wheel you want
to replace can rotate freely.
3. Loosen the five screws and remove them along with the
spring washers.
4. Pull the drive wheel off the wheel hub.
5. Put the new drive wheel onto the wheel hub.

6. Put on the five screws including the spring washers.
7. Tighten all five screws using a torque wrench.
Properly reassemble all components upon completion of the
work.
INFORMATION
When installing the wheel, tighten all five screws to a
torque of 10 Nm.
