Front Wheel Swivel Lock

In most cases when driving onto ramps or into elevators the wheelchair requires to be
driven precisely in a straight line.
The front wheel swivel lock option of the B600 power wheelchair offers this possibility
by locking the front wheels in the forward position.
This prevents the wheelchair from turning.
Slightly rotate the folding lever on the front frame to the side.
The folding lever will jump out of its normal mid-position (fig. 27).
A bolt is released from the frame and engages in the front caster fork as soon as the
straight forward position is reached. The wheelchair can no longer turn.
Now the B600 can drive straight forward or backward.
To release: Turn the folding lever back to the mid-position where it will disengage the
bolt from the front caster fork (fig. 28).
