THE USER CAN SET A TARGET HEART RATE WITHIN THE RANGE OF 30 TO 230 BPM.
IF THE ACTUAL HEART RATE EXCEEDS THE PRESET TARGET DURING EXERCISE, AN AUDIBLE WARNING
SIGNAL WILL BE ACTIVATED.
WATTS
DISPLAYS THE CURRENT POWER OUTPUT IN WATTS, WITHIN THE RANGE OF 0 TO 999.

POWER ON/OFF
Connect the device to the power supply.
The console will emit a long beep and the display will light up to indicate that it has been powered on – see Fig. 1.
Activate user mode by entering the date, age, gender, weight, and height – see Fig. 2.
After 4 minutes of inactivity (no exercise detected), the console will automatically enter power-saving mode.
Press any button to reactivate the console.

WORKOUT
Mode (Fig. 4), Sporty Mode (Fig. 5), Cardio Mode (Fig. 6), Watt Mode (Fig. 7), or User Program (Fig. 8).
SELECTION
2. Press UP (+) or DOWN (–) to set the desired Time / Distance / Calories / Target Heart Rate, then confirm by pressing
ENTER.
3. Press START/STOP to begin the workout.
During exercise, adjust the resistance level by pressing UP (+) or DOWN (–) as needed.
4. Press START/STOP to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.
MANUAL MODE
1. Press the "START" button on the home page to enter the manual mode and START the movement.
2. Press UP or DOWN (Encoder) to select the motion program, select Manual, and press MODE/ENTER to confirm
entry. Press UP or DOWN (Encoder) to set time (Figure 9), distance (Figure 10), calories (Figure 11), heartbeat
(Figure 12) and MODE/ENTER
3. Confirm the entry.
4. Press the START/STOP keys to START the movement. The user can also press UP or DOWN (Encoder) to adjust the
resistance level during the movement. The resistance level is displayed in the watt window. If not adjusted for 3
seconds, the meter will switch to the watt value (Figure 13).
5. Press the START/STOP keys to START or STOP the movement. Press the RESET button to return to the main page.
MOTION MODE
1. Press the UP (+) or DOWN (–) button to select the training mode. Choose BEGINNER, ADVANCE, or SPORTY, then

press ENTER to confirm your selection.
2. Press the UP (+) or DOWN (–) button to select a program from 1 to 4 (see Fig. 14/15/16), then press ENTER to
confirm.
3. Press the UP (+) or DOWN (–) button to set the workout time.
4. Press the START/STOP button to begin the workout.
The user can also press UP (+) or DOWN (–) to adjust the resistance level during the exercise.
5. Press the START/STOP button to start or pause the workout.
Press the RESET button to return to the main screen.
CARDIO MODE
1. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the workout program. Choose CARDIO Mode, then press MODE/ENTER to
confirm your selection.
2. Press the UP or DOWN button to set the user's age (see Fig. 17).
3. Press the UP or DOWN button to select the target heart rate level: 55% (see Fig. 18), 75%, 90%, or TAG (Target
Heart Rate). (Default value: 100%)
4. Press the UP or DOWN button to set the workout time.
5. Press the START/STOP button to start or pause the workout. Press the RESET button to return to the main screen.
WATT PROGRAM
1. Press UP or DOWN ((Encoder) to select the motion program, select WATT and press MODE/ENTER to confirm
entering.
2. Press UP or DOWN ((Encoder) to set the target WATT value (default: 120, Figure 19).
3. Press UP or DOWN (Encoder) to set the movement time.
4. Press START/STOP to START the movement. The user can also adjust the WATT level by pressing UP or DOWN
(Encoder) during the movement.
5. Press the START/STOP keys to START or STOP the movement. Press the RESET button to return to the main page.
