ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
1.
Attach the front stabilizer (2) to the main frame (1) using spring washers (36), flat washers (96), and Allen C.K.S. half-thread screws (26).
STEP 2
1.
Attach the rear stabilizer (3) to the main frame (1) using spring washers (36), flat washers (96), and Allen C.K.S. half-thread screws (26).
STEP 3
1.
Connect the motor communication wire (82) to the upright post communication wire (83).
2.
Attach the upper upright post (4) to the main frame (1). Use the spanner to secure it with the Allen flat-end set bolts (25) pre-installed in
the main frame. Then cover them with the hole plugs. Make sure to tighten both bolts simultaneously, alternating between them for an
even fit.
STEP 4
1.
Connect the console communication wire (83) to the console's rear socket. Connect the handle pulse connection wire (86) to the console
outlet.
2.
Attach the console (81) to the upright post (4) using Phillips C.K.S. full-thread screws (32).
STEP 5
1.
Attach the left (54) and right (55) handlebar covers to the upper upright post (4) using Phillips pan head full-thread screws (29).
STEP 6
1.
Fix the handlebar post in place. Insert the T-shape knob (65) through the handlebar and rotate it inward. Adjust the handlebar tube to the
desired position, then tighten the T-shape knob securely. Finally, attach the front handlebar cover (56) using Phillips C.K.S. self-tapping
screws (31).
STEP 7
1.
Attach the left (63) and right (64) pedals to the main frame (1).
STEP 8
1.
Attach the brake adjustment round bar (8) to the saddle base using Allen C.K.S. full-thread screws (94).
2.
Attach the back cushion tube to the saddle base using Allen C.K.S. full-thread screws (93).
STEP 9
1.
Attach the saddle (60) to the saddle base using Allen C.K.S. full-thread screws (23).
STEP 10
1.
Attach the handle pulse tube (6) to the saddle and secure it with an Allen C.K.S. half-thread screw (24), hex nut (42), and flat washer (34).
2.
Connect the handle pulse wires (87) and (88) as shown in the illustration below.
STEP 11
1.
Attach the back cushion (61) to the back cushion tube (11) using Allen C.K.S. full-thread screws (23).
STEP 12
1.
Plug the power cord into the power socket as shown in the illustration below.
Assembly is now complete.

INCREMENTAL COUNT-DOWN – IF A TIME IS SET, THE TIMER STARTS COUNTING DOWN FROM THE SET
VALUE TO 00:00.
THE TIME INCREASES OR DECREASES IN 1-MINUTE STEPS, WITHIN THE RANGE OF 00:00 TO 99:00.
SPEED
DISPLAYS THE CURRENT SPEED. THE MAXIMUM SPEED IS 99.9 KM/H OR 62.13 MPH.
