Wir erklären hiermit, dass die Geräte

conforme, aux exigences fondamentales des
directives et normes harmonisées CE suivan-
tes :

– Directive CEM 2004/108/CEE
– Directive sur la basse tension 2006/95/CEE

We hereby declare that the devices
– Roto WDT EF roof windows
– Roto WDT E roof windows
– Roto WDF roof windows, with factory-
fitted MA25N
when used properly, comply with the basic
requirements defined in the following EC direc-
tives and harmonised standards:
– Machines Directive 2006/42/EEC
– EMC Directive 2004/108/EEC
– Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EEC

– Richtlinie über Bauprodukte 89/106/EWG
Die oben genannten Geräte müssen nach
erfolgter Montage als Maschine betrachtet werden, die
erst dann in Betrieb genommen werden darf, wenn die
Montage gemäß der
geltenden Vorschriften erfolgte.
Das Gesamtsystem (Wohndachfenster und Beschat-
tung) wird dann den wesentlichen Anforderungen der
Richtlinie des Rates 2006/42/EWG, 2004/108/EWG,
2006/95/EWG, 1999/E/EWG, 89/106/EWG gerecht.

Quand ils sont montés, les appareils mentionnés
ci-dessus doivent être considérés comme étant des
machines qui ne doivent être mises en service que
lorsque le montage a été effectué conformément aux
règlements en vigueur.
Le système complet (fenêtre de toit et rideau) satisfait
alors aux exigences essentielles de la directive du Con-
seil 2006/42/CEE, 2004/108/CEE, 2006/95/CEE, 1999/E/
CEE, 89/106/CEE.

After they have been installed, the devices listed above
must be considered as machines, which may be put
into operation only if they have been installed in accor-
dance with the applicable regulations.
The entire system (roof window and shades) then
complies with the essential requirements of the council
directives 2006/42/EEC, 2004/108/EEC, 2006/95/EEC,
1999/E/EEC, 89/106/EEC.
