HOW TO USE THE SOUND FIELD MEMORY
Up to five different settings for SURROUND
MODE, DELAY TIME,
REAR LEVEL, ACOUSTIC
MEMORY,
and BALANCE
can be mem-
orized. In the unit has an original setting preset in the "P" position.

Setting the sound field memory

Jusqu'a cing réglages différents pour le mode d'ambiance (SUR-
ROUND
MODE), le temps de retard (DELAY TIME), le niveau arriére
(REAR LEVEL), la mémoire acoustique (ACOUSTIC MEMORY) et |'é-
quilibre (BALANCE) peuvent étre mémorisés. Le réglage initial de
l'appareil est préréglé sur la position "P".

SURROUND)
Temps de retard (DELAY TIME): 20 ms

1. Select ACOUSTIC SELECT and SURROUND MODE, and adjust
DELAY TIME, BALANCE, and REAR LEVEL.
2. Press the MEMORY switch.
3, While the indicator is flashing, select the memory position
(A — E) with the SOUND FIELD SELECT switch.
@ When the memory position letter (A — E) stops flashing and lights
up, it is memorized. If a memory position (A — E) is not selected
while the indicator is flashing, no memory position is memorized.
© Tone settings not memorized in the ACOUSTIC MEMORY will not
be memorized.
® Settings cannot be memorized in the "P" position.
Recalling memorized settings
You can recail the following preset modes with the SOUND FIELD SE-
LECT switch or SOUND FIELD key on the remote control unit.

1. Sélectionner la sélection acoustique (ACOUSTIC SELECT) et
te mode d'ambiance (SURROUND MODE) et régler le temps
de retard (DELAY TIME), I'équilibre (BALANCE) et le niveau ar- -
riére (REAR LEVEL).
2. Appuyer sur la touche MEMORY.
3. Pendant que I'indicateur clignote, sélectionner Ia position de
mémoire (A — E) avec la touche SOUND FIELD SELECT.
© Lorsque la lettre de position de mémoire (A — E) s'arréte de cligno-
ter et s'allume, la mémorisation s'est effectuée. Si une position de
mémoire (A — E) n'est pas sélectionnée pendant que lindicateur
clignote, aucune position de mémoire n'est mémorisée.
® Les réglages de tonalité non stocke's dans la mémoire acoustique
(ACOUSTIC MEMORY) ne seront pas mémorisés.
* Les réglages ne peuvent pas étre mémorisés dans la position "P".
Rappel des réglages mémorisés
Les modes préréglés suivants peuvent étre rappelés avec la touche
SOUND FIELD SELECT ou la touche de SOUND FIELD de I'unité de té-
lécommande.
