1. Press the POWER switch to the ON position.
2. Press the STATION CALL switch into which the desired sta-
tion has been preset.
@ When the INPUT SELECTOR is set to a function other than TUNER,
it will switch to the TUNER function automatically if one of the STA-
TION CALL switches is pressed.
Tuning can be performed simply and accurately following the
above procedure.
3. Adjust the volume and tone as desired.
NOTE:
The contents of the STATION CALL switch will be preserved for sev-
eral days, even if the receiver power cord is unplugged.
If a preset station has been erased, preset it again.
Last station memory
When the POWER switch is pressed to turn the power on, the last sta-
tion received before the power was previously turned off will be
tuned in again.
When the power is ON, if one of the BAND selector switches is
pressed, the last station received before the BAND selector switch
was previously pressed will be tuned in again.
How to use the custom memory
Preset stations can be classified into as many as five different genres
according to the material played by the station. Each of these five
genres can be givena name, and Memory Scan of all the stations of a
particular genre can be carried out.
The initial STATION CALL NUMBERS are classified and named as fo!-
lows.

Other than above, "TUNER" is displayed.
It is recommended that you assign station call switches to appropri-
ate stations to be preset.

1. Appuyer sur le commutateur d'alimentation (POWER) pour le
régler sur la position ON.
2. Appuyer sur la touche d'appel de station (STATION CALL)
dans laquelle la station désirée a été préréglée.
© Lorsque le sélecteur d'entrée (INPUT SELECTOR) est reglé sur une
fonction autre que TUNER, il se mettra auttomatiquement en fonc-
tion TUNER si l'une des touches d'appel de station est enfoncée.
La syntonisation peut étre effectuée simplement et de facgon pré-
cise en suivant la procédure ci-dessus.
3. Régler le volume et les commandes de tonalité comme dé-
siré.
REMARQUE:
Le contenu de la touche d'appel de station (STATION CALL} sera
conservé pendant plusieurs jours méme si le cordon d'alimentation
du récepteur est débranché.
Si une station préréglée a été effacée, la prérégler de nouveau.
Mémoire de la derniére station
Lorsque le commutateur d'alimentation (POWER) est enfoncé pour
mettre le récepteur sous tension, la derniére station regue avant la
derniére mise hors circuit sera syntonisée & nouveau.
Lorsque le récepteur est sous tension, si l'une des touches du sélec-
teur de gamme (BAND) est enfoncée, la derniére station regue sur
cette gamme sera syntonisée a nouveau.
| Comment utiliser la mémoire personnalisée
Les stations préréglées peuvent étre divisées en jusqu'a cing genres
différents en fonction des programmes de la station. Chacun de ces
cing genres peut recevoir un nom et un balayage a mémoire de
toutes les stations d'un genre particulier peut 6tre effectué.
Les NUMEROS D'APPEL DE STATION (STATION CALL) initiaux sont
classifiés et nommés comme suit.
