ERROR CODE
The following error codes (ERROR) can be displayed if there is a fault in the LCD multifunc-
tion display:
04 Control error
05
06 Undervoltage protection
07 Overvoltage protection
08 Motor fault
09
10 Controller temperature
too high
11 Sensor fault

13 Rechargeable battery tempera-
ture too high

1. Switch off the drive system
2. Take out and re-insert the rechargeable battery
3. Switch on the drive system
If the error continues to be displayed, contact customer ser-
vice.
Switch off the drive system and contact the customer service

3. Take out and re-insert the rechargeable battery
4. Switch on the drive system
If the error continues to be displayed, contact customer ser-

2. Take out the rechargeable battery and let it cool off for at
least 30 min.
3. Insert the rechargeable battery and switch on the
drive system
If the error continues to be displayed, take out the rechargea-
ble battery and contact customer service.
