SETTING THE GEAR SHIFT
1. Use the turning rotary handle to shift from the 1st to the
2nd gear.
2. Check that the yellow mark
two limitation lines
3. If the gear shift must be adjusted, release the counter-nut
first
(fig. BI).

4. Then set the gear shift with the setting screw
5. Tighten the counter-nut
6. Check the correct function of the gear shift by shifting
through the gears several times.
REMOVING THE REAR WHEEL
1. Use the shifting lever to put in the 1st gear.
2. Release the attachment screw
3. Remove the switchbox.
4. Pull the switching pin that you can now see from the axle
bore.
5. Release the screw of the brake counter-holder
the left side of the bicycle with a screwdriver.
6. Release the axle nuts on both sides of the rear wheel with a
15 mm wrench.
INSTALLING THE REAR WHEEL
1. Use the shifting lever to put in the 1st gear.
2. Place the chain on the pinion.
3. Place the rear wheel into the drop-out. Ensure that the
wheel is placed straight in the holder and that the chain is
appropriately tensioned.
(see chapter Chain tensioning).
4. Apply the safety washer
the interlock is in the drop-out.
5. Push the washer onto the right side of the axle.
6. Attach the wheel with the axle nuts on both sides. Tighten them
with a 15 mm wrench (see chapter Torque specifications).
7. Attach the counter-holder bracket on the left side with the pipe
clamp screw connection
8. Push the switching pin into the axle guide on the right to the
stop.
