SIDE DYNAMO
• The effect of the dynamo may reduce in wet conditions and the lamps may fail. Danger
of accident!
• Before every ride, check if the dynamo is attached well. The dynamo may otherwise
come loose during the ride.
DANGER
Danger of damage and accidents!
• Check before every ride whether the dynamo is correctly adjusted, since the tyre may
otherwise be damaged. Danger of damage and accidents!
The lighting system is switched on with the activation button at the dynamo. Pull the dynamo
away from the tyre to switch it off again.
SETTING THE DYNAMO
1. Release the screw
2. Align the dynamo middle axis
wheel axle.
3. Adjust the position of the dynamo so that the friction
wheel (fig. AG) is flush with the tyre along its entire

width when the dynamo is switched on.
4. Tighten the attachment screw
cording to the torque specification (s. chapter Torque
specifications).
BOTTOM BRACKET & CRANK
• Regularly check that the screw connection of the foot pedal is tight. The pedal arms
may otherwise come loose and the foot pedal, including the inner bearing, may be
damaged. Danger of damage and accidents!
DANGER
TIGHTENING THE FOOT PEDAL
1. (If present,) remove the cover caps on both sides

2. Tighten the screw below
with an 8 mm hexagonal socket wrench or a special sock-
et acc. to the torque specification (s. chapter Torque speci-
fications).
