• Read the operating instructions of the trailer attentively and always observe the safety
notes of the trailer manufacturer.
• Familiarise yourself with the new cycling and braking behaviour of the bicycle outside
of road traffic first! Danger of accident!

It is generally possible to use a bicycle with a trailer. Depending on purpose, there are many
different kinds and types of available trailers. Specifically when choosing a trailer for trans-
porting persons, make sure that it is safe. Trailers with a safety seal are to be preferred in
any case.
