Dividing fitness stages
• Before starting to use the fat-removing machine for free exercise, be sure to read the safety reminder
in this product manual
• Please arrange your fitness time reasonably, and be sure to arrange warm-up and cool-down
exercises
• A complete fitness process should include the following three stages
- Worm-up phase: 5 to 10 minutes of gymnostic exercises or stretching exercises to make your muscle
tissue for strenuous exercise
- Exercise phase: up to 20 minutes, strenuous exercise, but not excessive, excessive exercise
- Cold phase: muscle and joint relaxation exercises for more than 5 minutes

Stop fitness

If you notice the following phenomena during your fitness, please stop exercising immediately to avoid
injury:
• When your muscles tighten uncontrollably
• When you feel dizzy
• When you feel pain
• When you feel uncomfortable or hove cramps and feel sick
