DANGER
Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
The following instructions must be adhered to for the entire duration of
maintenance, servicing, mounting, dismounting and repair work:
• Switch off the power supply.
• Cut off the compressed air supply.
• Switch off the entire welding system.
• Pull the mains plug.
NOTICE
• Disassembly may only be carried out by qualified personnel (in
Germany see TRBS 1203).
• Observe the information provided in the following section:
 8 Putting out of operation on page EN-23.
1 Disconnect the cable assembly (2) from the wire feeder (1) .

2 Unscrew threaded sleeve (2) and bellows (3), remove fastening
screw (14).

3 Pull cable assembly (2) out of the iCAT and remove it through the 4th axis
of the robot toward the back.

Solution
• Remove dirt deposits, clean housing
• Verification by qualified personnel
• Use a smaller liner
• Strip liner 350 mm on the torch side
