2) Reference Pulse
Before the call "Read reference pulse", the function "Activate reference pulse" must be called first.
Reference bit 0 is set to 0.
When the reference pulse occurs the reference bit is set to 1. This remains 1 until the function "Activate
reference pulse" is called again.

For the call of this function, the required changes are executed in the mode register ($2121) and in the
initialization register ($2122). The counter is written to directly with the transfer value in
accumulator D.
NOTE: If this function is used in conjunction with the CMDC function block, it must be
coordinated with the register connected to the MODE input. Otherwise the operating
mode will be changed again during the END routine.
