Inputs/Outputs
Description
RUN1/0
Stop or free counter 0.
0 ... stop
1 ... continue counting
Naturally, the memory can only be used in manner that makes sense if the
correct operating mode is set. e.g. Setting the memory only has no effect if
hardware counter 0 is selected as interrupt source.
CLR1/0
Setting the counter to a predefined value.
0 ... continue counting
1 ... set to predefined value
PREDEF
The start address of a 4 byte long register area is connected to this input.
The memory contains the predefined value for the counter 0.
If the 0 hardware counter is used as the interrupt source, the predefined
value for the 0 hardware counter can only lie between 3 and 65535.
Offset 0 ... HHB predefined value for counter 0
Offset 2 ... MB predefined value for counter 0 or hardware counter
DATA
The start address of a 6 byte long register area is connected to this input. The
memory contains the position of the counter.
Offset 0 ... HHB position of the counter 0
Offset 4 ... HB position of the hardware counter
ERROR
This output indicates if an input is not connected or is incorrectly connected.
1 ... HB predefined value for counter 0
3 ... LB predefined value for counter 0 or hardware counter
1 ... HB position of the counter 0
2 ... MB position of the counter 0
3 ... LB position of the counter 0
5 ... LB position of the hardware counter
