Description
If the ENABLE input is set to 1, the function block is executed.
Sets the counter operating mode.

Event counter 0 always responds to the positive edge. This setting cannot
be changed.
If the zero signal from counter 0 is selected as the interrupt source, bit 7
must be set for the positive edge. Otherwise no interrupt is executed.
Bit 7 will only change if the status of bits 0 - 3 changes.
If counter 0 is used as the interrupt source, the preset value for counter 0
may only be a value in between 3 and 65535 (see section "14.6.8 Calling
Operating System Routines", point 3 for the transfer of preset values).
