Pressure-loss alarm 1st stage

Should the alarm have been triggered by the spare tyre, the tyre symbol for pressure-loss
alarm 1st stage flashes and the symbol for the spare wheel. Additionally, an acoustic
alarm is triggered for 15 seconds, and the momentary pressure is displayed for 15 sec-
onds. If the pressure figures for the remaining four tyres are okay, the four symbols are
shown and the spare wheel symbol flashes. After 1 minute, the background lighting is
switched off.

How it works
The tyre pressure of the tyre shown has dropped 25 % below the stored
mean pressure value of the axle concerned.
The LCD display shows the symbol (see Display) for the pressure-loss
alarm 1st stage, in addition the tyre concerned flashes for 1 minute and
an acoustic signal sounds for 15 seconds. The optical and acoustic
signals are emitted at a frequency of approx. 1 Hz. Press the Check key
on the display to switch off the acoustic warning for the triggered alarm
at any time. After a minute, the tyre symbol and the tyre concerned are
displayed permanently; during the entire alarm phase, the tyre pressure
will be indicated until tyre pressure again falls in line with the correct
figure.
The above-described alarm is repeated once after 10 minutes and, if
the pressure value has not been corrected, each time the ignition is
switched on.
The tyre pressure of the tyre shown has dropped 50 % or more below
the stored mean pressure value of the axle concerned. The alarm is
given in three stages..

and an acoustic signal sounds for 15 seconds. The optical and
acoustic signals are emitted at a frequency of approx. 1 Hz. Press
the Check key on the display to switch off the acoustic warning for
the triggered alarm at any time.
2. The LCD display shows the symbol (see Display) for pressure-loss
alarm 2nd stage, in addition the tyre concerned flashes for 2 minutes
and an acoustic signal sounds for 15 seconds. The optical and
acoustic signals are emitted at a frequency of approx. 2 Hz. Press
the Check key on the display to switch off the acoustic warning for
the triggered alarm at any time.
