SCRUBBER-DRYER MAINTENANCE - MANTENIMIENTO DE LA FREGADORA-SECADORA

CAUTION!
ENSURE THAT THE SCRUBBER-DRYER IS NOT POWERED BEFORE
PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS. PROCEED AS
FOLLOWS:
• Stop brush and suction rotation by pressing the relevant buttons located on the start-up
panel.
• For battery-operated machines with "ignition key", turn the key to "0" and then remove it.
• For "230V.AC cable-operated" machines, disconnect the cable from the power outlet.
• Move the lifting lever (A) to lift the squeegee.
Removing and replacing the brush
• Tilt the scrubber-dryer by its handlebar (B) (as shown in the picture) to lift the front side of the
machine (brush deck).
• Perform a snap movement (clockwise or anticlockwise) to unlock brush 1 from its triangle mount
(C).
The machine is designed with both the "manual" and "automatic" modes for fi tting a new brush. Follow
the instructions below to carry out one of the two procedures:
(manual procedure)
• To lock the brush on the deck, couple the triangle (D) of brush 1 to the triangle mount (C) of
the deck and perform a snap movement again in the opposite direction than the one described
above.
(automatic procedure)
• Move the machine base on brush 1 (as shown in the picture) and place it in line with the triangle
(D) of the brush. Push the button of brush 2 repeatedly on the unstable part 2a (upper) to couple
the brush triangle (D) with the triangle on the deck (C). The brush is now secured.

¡CUIDADO!
COMPROBAR QUE NO HAYA TENSIÓN ELÉCTRICA ANTES DE RE-
ALIZAR TAREAS DE MANTENIMIENTO EN LA FREGADORA-SECA-
DORA, Y PROCEDER COMO SE INDICA A CONTINUACIÓN:
• Pulsar los botones correspondientes colocados en el tablero de encendido para interrumpir
la rotación de los cepillos y la aspiración.
• En las máquinas alimentadas por batería que llevan un «interruptor de llave de encendido»,
girar la llave en «0» y retirarla.
• En las máquinas alimentadas mediante «cable de corriente alterna 230V», desconectar el
cable de la toma de corriente.
• Elevar la boquilla de secado actuando en la palanca correspondiente (A).
Desmontaje y sustitución del cepillo
• Inclinar (como se muestra en la fi gura) la fregadora-secadora agarrando el manillar (B) para levan-
tar la parte delantera (base del cepillo).
• Desbloquear el cepillo 1 del soporte triangular (C) realizando un movimiento de golpe (horario
y antihorario) y retirarlo.
Para instalar un nuevo cepillo, la máquina cuenta con dos procedimientos, el «manual» o el «au-
tomático». A continuación se indican los pasos que hay que seguir para llevar a cabo los dos proce-
dimientos:
(procedimiento manual)
• Acoplar el triángulo (D) del cepillo 1 con el «soporte» triangular (C) de la base y realizar otra vez
un movimiento de golpe en sentido contrario a lo descrito anteriormente para desbloquearlo.
(procedimiento automático)
• Desplazar la base de la máquina arriba del cepillo 1 como se muestra en la fi gura y apoyarla
en línea con el triángulo (D) del cepillo. Actuando en el pulsador del cepillo 2, presionar dando
golpes la parte inestable 2a (superior) del mismo hasta acoplar el triángulo (D) del cepillo con el
triángulo (C) de la base. El cepillo está así bien instalado.
