Befestigung des Patiententrackers
am Patienten mit dem Klebepad
Alternativ zur Befestigung mit einem Kopfband
kann der Patiententracker - mittels Klebepad
fixiert werden. Das Klebepad ist direkt zwischen
Patient und Patiententracker zu positionieren. Der
Patiententracker muss nicht mittig auf der Stirn
positioniert werden, sondern kann in Richtung
temporal und/oder cranial verschoben sein. Durch
leichtes Andrücken des Patiententrackers auf das
am Patienten befestigte Klebepad wird dieser am
Patienten fixiert.
Bei dem Klebepad 40 8200 85 handelt es sich
um einen nicht­sterilen Artikel. Dieser kann ohne
Weiteres an einer unverletzten Stelle am Kopf
des Patienten unter einem sterilen Abdecktuch
angebracht werden.
Nach dem Eingriff muss das Klebepad wieder vom
Patienten entfernt werden.

geändert werden, muss ein neues
Klebepad verwendet werden.

Gebrauch Beschädigungen auf, sollte dies

1 Warnung: Es muss sichergestellt
sein, dass das Klebepad fest am Kopf
des Patienten sitzt. Wenn sich der
Patiententracker während des Eingriffs
verschiebt oder erneut angelegt wird,
ist eine korrekte Navigation durch
die navigierten Instrumente nicht
mehr gewährleistet. In diesen Fällen
ist die Patientenregistrierung erneut
durchzuführen.

Securing the patient tracker to
the patient using the glue strip
As an alternative to fastening using a headband,
the patient tracker - can be secured in place
using the glue strip. The glue strip must be
positioned directly between the patient and patient
tracker. The patient tracker holder does not have to
be positioned in the center of the forehead, rather
it can be moved towards temporal and/or cranial.
The patient tracker is secured in place on the
patient by pushing it gently against the glue strip
attached to the patient.
The glue pad 40 8200 85 is a non­sterile item. This
can sit underneath a sterile cover cloth in an area
of the patient's head which is intact without the
need for further measures.
The glue strip must be removed from the patient
again after the operation.
1 note: If the position is changed after
attachment of the glue strip, a new glue
strip must be used.
1 note: If the glue strip is damaged prior to
use, it should be disposed of and replaced
with a new glue strip.

Warning: It is essential to ensure that the
glue strip is firmly attached to the patient's
head. If the patient tracker moves or is
reattached during the operation, navigation
of the navigated instruments is endangered
and the accuracy of the navigated system
cannot be guaranteed. In such cases,
patient registration must be performed
again.

Fijación del localizador al paciente
con el disco adhesivo
Como alternativa a la fijación del localizador del
paciente - con una cinta para la cabeza, puede
emplearse un disco adhesivo. Sitúe el disco
adhesivo directamente entre el paciente y el
localizador del paciente. El localizador del paciente
no tiene que estar necesariamente centrado en la
frente del paciente, sino que puede colocarse con
una orientación temporal y/o craneal. Presionando
ligeramente el localizador del paciente sobre
el disco adhesivo pegado al paciente se fija el
localizador al paciente.
El disco adhesivo 40 8200 85 se trata de un
artículo no estéril. Puede colocarlo sin problemas
sobre cualquier zona no lesionada de la cabeza del
paciente bajo un paño esterilizado.
Una vez finalizada la intervención, retire de nuevo el
disco adhesivo del paciente.
1 nota: Si debe cambiarse la posición del
disco adhesivo tras haberlo fijado, utilice un
nuevo disco adhesivo.
1 nota: Si el disco adhesivo presenta
cualquier deterioro antes de ser utilizado,
deséchelo y reemplácelo por un disco
nuevo.

Cuidado: Asegúrese de que el disco
adhesivo asiente correctamente en la
cabeza del paciente. Si el localizador
del paciente se desplaza o tiene que
reposicionarse durante la intervención,
ya no se puede garantizar una correcta
navegación por medio del instrumento
navegado. En estos casos, hay que volver
a realizar el registro del paciente.

Cuidado: Debe colocarse el disco
adhesivo de modo tal, que se evite su
desplazamiento/deslizamiento.

Cuidado: El disco adhesivo solamente
puede ser empleado por personas
que dispongan de la correspondiente
cualificación médica y que estén
familiarizadas con la técnica de navegación
quirúrgica.
