Anschließen an die serielle
Kommunikationsschnittstelle
An der Rückseite des NAV1™­Moduls befindet
sich ein serieller Kommunikationsanschluss t.
Technische Angaben:
– Anschluss: 9­polige LEMO­Buchse
– Typ: RS­232
An die serielle Schnittstelle dürfen keine Geräte
angeschlossen werden, die nicht mit dem NAV1™­
Modul kompatibel sind.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass angeschlossene serielle
Geräte und alle Gerätekombinationen die
Richtlinien, gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und
Normen für Medizinprodukte erfüllen.

Connecting to serial communication

One serial communication port t is located on the
rear of the NAV1™ module.
Specifications:
– Connection: 9 pole LEMO socket
– Type: RS­232
Devices which are not rated as compatible with
the NAV1™ module must not be connected via the
serial port.
Ensure that the connected serial devices as well
as all of the device combinations comply with the
guidelines, laws and norms for medical devices.

Warning: The NAV1™ module must only
be connected to networks which conform
to the guidelines, laws and norms for
medical devices.

Warning: The Lemo connector must
fit into the socket on the NAV1™ module.
Never use force to insert the connector into
the socket.

Connecting a footswitch

The footswitch connection r is located on the rear
of the NAV1™ module. Currently this connection
has no function.
