Warnung: Benutzen Sie die Probe, den
Patiententracker und die Rändelschraube
nur, wenn diese zuvor sterilisiert wurden.

Warnung: Vor jedem Gebrauch des
KARL STORZ Navigationssystems müssen
die Tracker und die Navigationssonde
visuell auf Beschädigungen und
Verformungen geprüft werden. Beschädigte
oder deformierte Navigationsinstrumente
dürfen nicht verwendet werden.

Warnung: Verletzungsgefahr:
Nicht korrekt zusammengebaute und
beschädigte Instrumente können zu
Verletzungen des Patienten führen.
Instrumente und damit in Verbindung
verwendetes Zubehör müssen unmittelbar
vor und nach jeder Anwendung auf
einwandfreien Zustand, Funktionsfähigkeit,
unbeabsichtigte raue Oberflächen, scharfe
Ecken, gratige Kanten, vorspringende
Teile und Vollständigkeit überprüft werden.
Fehlende oder abgebrochene Bauteile
dürfen nicht im Patienten zurückgelassen
werden.

Warnung: Verletzungsgefahr:
Eine Überlastung durch zu starke
Krafteinwirkung kann zu Brüchen,
Verbiegen und Funktionsstörungen des
Medizinproduktes und zu Verletzungen
des Patienten oder Anwenders führen.
Instrumente nicht überlasten. Verbogene
Instrumente nicht in die Ausgangsposition
zurückbiegen.

Warnung: Sollten sich die Glaskugeln
y vom Patiententracker # ablösen, ist
der Tracker unbrauchbar und darf nicht
mehr verwendet werden. Kleben Sie die
Glaskugeln keinesfalls selbstständig wieder
an.

Warning: Only use the navigation probe,
patient tracker and knurled screw if these
have been sterilized beforehand.

Warning: Before every use of the
KARL STORZ navigation system, the
tracker and navigation probe must
be visually inspected for damage and
deformation. Damaged or deformed
navigation instruments must not be used.

Warning: Risk of injury: Incorrectly
assembled and damaged instruments can
lead to injuries to the patient. Instruments
and all of the accessories used in
combination with them must be checked
immediately before and after every use to
ensure that they are complete, free from
damage, and in full working order and have
no unintentional rough surfaces, sharp
corners, burred edges or projecting parts.
Care must be taken not to leave missing or
broken­off components inside the patient.

Warning: Risk of injury: Overloading the
instrument by exerting too much force may
cause the medical device to break, bend,
and malfunction, and consequently injure
the patient or user. Do not overload the
instruments. Do not bend bent instruments
back to their original positions.
(only applies to NAV1™ optical)

Warning: If the glass reflectors y should
become detached from the patient tracker
#, the tracker is inoperable and must no
longer be used. Under no circumstances
should you attempt to stick the glass
reflectors in their previous position yourself.

Cuidado: Utilice la sonda patrón,

Cuidado: Antes de cada utilización del
sistema de navegación de KARL STORZ
debe llevarse cabo un control visual del lo­
calizador y la sonda de navegación en cuan­
to a deterioros y deformaciones. No deben
utilizarse los instrumentos de navegación
que estén deteriorados o deformados.

Cuidado: Riesgo de lesiones. Los instru­
mentos incorrectamente montados o de­
teriorados pueden provocar lesiones en el
paciente. Inmediatamente antes y después
de cada aplicación, compruebe el perfecto
estado, la capacidad de funcionamiento y
la integridad de los instrumentos y de los
accesorios utilizados en combinación con
los mismos y compruebe que no existen
superficies rugosas, esquinas afiladas, can­
tos con rebabas o piezas sobresalientes.
Ninguna pieza constructiva puede quedar
dentro del paciente.

Cuidado: Riesgo de lesiones. Una so­
brecarga (debida a una aplicación con ex­
cesiva intensidad o fuerza) puede conllevar
roturas, deformaciones y fallos de funcio­
namiento del producto médico y provocar,
con ello, lesiones en el paciente o el usua­
rio. No sobrecargue los instrumentos. No
intente forzar los instrumentos deformados
a su posición inicial..

Cuidado: Si las esferas de vidrio y se
desprenden del localizador del paciente
#, dicho localizador queda inservible y ya
no debe volver a utilizarse. Nunca pegue
nuevamente por sí mismo las esferas de
vidrio.
